By registering an account and accessing the Exterienc platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Conduct & Moderation

Exterienc maintains strict moderation standards within the Community Chat and Direct Messaging systems. Administrators reserve the right to issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban any user account that engages in abusive, unprofessional, or disruptive behavior.

3. Clinical Credits & Refunds

Clinical Credits (₢) purchased through the platform are non-refundable once applied to unlock a Course, Video Workshop, or Hospital Rotation Wave. Ensure you review the schedule and requirements before confirming your enrollment.

4. Intellectual Property

All video workshops, course materials, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Exterienc. Unauthorized distribution or duplication of these materials will result in immediate account termination.
