What are Clinical Credits (₢)?

Clinical Credits (₢) are the official currency of the Exterienc platform. You use them to instantly unlock video courses, reserve seats in hospital rotations, and purchase premium subscriptions.

How do I charge my wallet?

Open "My Wallet" and choose an amount or a credit package. You can pay instantly by card / mobile wallet through Paymob, or transfer via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash and upload your receipt for quick verification.

Can I withdraw my credits back to cash?

Currently, Clinical Credits are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase educational services and training waves within the Exterienc platform. Please refer to our Terms for exceptional cases.

What is a "Wave"?

A Wave is a specific, date-bound clinical training cohort at one of our partner hospitals. Each wave has a strict student limit to ensure high-quality, hands-on supervision.

What happens if a Wave is fully booked?

If a wave reaches its student limit, it will be marked as "Fully Booked." We recommend charging your wallet in advance so you can enroll instantly the moment new dates are announced.

How does Exterienc ensure the quality of the training programs?

We carefully vet all our training partners and collect continuous feedback from trainees after each program to maintain high educational and professional standards.

Can I apply for training if I am still in my first or second year of pharmacy?

Yes, specific foundational programs are available for early-year students, though advanced clinical and industrial roles may require a higher academic standing.

Do you provide online or virtual training opportunities?

While our primary focus is on hands-on practical training, we also feature video workshops and theoretical crash courses offered by our industry partners.

What should I do if I face an issue at the training site?

Message our support team from the Messages page and we will promptly mediate with the training provider.

How are the final grades or evaluations calculated?

Evaluations are based on attendance, assigned task completion, and the supervisor's assessment of your practical skills and professional behavior.

How can my hospital become a partner?

Is our company’s internal data and training curriculum kept secure?

Absolutely. All proprietary information shared on the platform is strictly visible only to approved candidates and administrators.

We provide technical support for dashboard management, assistance in structuring effective training roadmaps, and a dedicated account manager for enterprise partners.

Can we issue our own branded certificates through Exterienc?

Yes, the platform allows you to co-brand the digital certificates issued to students upon the successful completion of your training program.

What is the Ambassador program?

Ambassadors act as Exterienc representatives at their respective universities. They help build student communities and, in return, receive exclusive access to premium resources, free credits, and VIP event invitations.
